GWSU aims to make public information, learning and core services perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for diverse users.
Standards and testing
The design target is WCAG 2.2 AA, supported by keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, responsive and usability testing. Conformance must be verified rather than assumed.
Reasonable adjustments
Students should report barriers early through Student Services. Adjustments support equitable participation without removing essential academic or professional outcomes.
Report a barrier
Describe the page, task, assistive technology, device and barrier encountered. The university should acknowledge, investigate and provide an accessible alternative where possible.
